Grape-destemming, soft pressing under vacuum to extract the free-run juice and fermentation of the clear fraction only at low temperature for 10 days. Aging on the lees in stainless steel tanks and subsequent bottling.

tasting notes

Color: Straw yellow of medium intensity. Aroma: Very pleasant aroma, with clear fruity notes of pear and green apple and slight hints of aromatic herbs. Taste: The palate is dominated by freshness and savoriness, in continuous dynamic balance with the light structure and aromaticity of crisp white fruit.

We recommend consuming it within the year following the harvest, but if stored well it can also express itself pleasantly in its second year.
