It shines in the glass with a pink colour tending to cherry, embellished by brilliant reflections. The nose offers juicy and fragrant notes of red fruit, accompanied by original ginger and pomegranate nuances. On the palate it shows remarkable consistency; the freshness and a pronounced saline note carry the forest berry aromas into a long and persistent finish.
An ideal companion for aperitifs, it also finds excellent pairings with light white meat dishes. Serving temperature: 10-12°C.
Processed in steel tanks to preserve its primary aromas intact, ensuring excellent drinkability and immediate pleasantness.
