Tasting notes

Deep red with violet reflections. The nose is an aromatic kaleidoscope: aromas of rose and blueberry jam lead the way to spicy notes of white pepper, cumin, liquorice and mineral undertones of graphite. The sip is imposing and voluminous, punctuated by dense, vital tannins and supported by a vibrant freshness.
