Medium-intensity brilliant pink. The olfactory profile plays on a fascinating alternation between floral shades of violet and rose, with intriguing notes of small tart red berries, such as raspberry and currant. On the palate it is pleasantly balanced, with a fresh-savoury axis that accompanies the tasting towards a red fruit finish.
Ideal as an aperitif, it splendidly accompanies white meats and fish dishes, proving a perfect match alongside pizzas with delicate toppings. Serving temperature: 10-12°C.
Destemming-crushing and rapid gentle vacuum pressing, stopped as soon as the desired colour parameters are achieved. This is followed by low-temperature fermentation in stainless steel tanks and subsequent bottling.
