A rosé with a rhythmic and festive perlage, interpreting with vivacity and sincerity the vibrant energy of the territory’s black-skinned grapes.
Pale and elegant pink. The bouquet is a delicate interplay of raspberry, strawberry, wild currant and pomegranate, made intriguing by spicy ginger nuances. The palate is straightforward, savoury and enlivened by a bubble that carries the small fruits towards a pleasantly bittersweet finish.
Ideal as an aperitif, it shines particularly when paired with seafood starters. Serving temperature: 6-8°C.
Gentle pressing of the black grapes and static decanting of the must. After temperature-controlled fermentation in steel, the prise de mousse takes place in autoclave following the Martinotti Method.
Medium-textured clay soils. Training system: awning and espalier. Usually early harvest.
