Ageing and evolution: after fermentation, the wine is refined for 5 more months in stainless steel tanks.
Sensorial features: brilliant straw-yellow color; fresh bouquet of flowers and mown grass; good structure on the palate, with a full and elegant body where the vineyard aromatic feature is well balanced and harmonious.
Bottle lifespan: generally sold in the spring after the harvest; bottle-ageing even for a further 2 years.
