Wine, the art of man
Our vineyards and our winery merge into a unique whole where winemaking passion meets artistic expression, celebrating the excellence of Abruzzo every day.
Known as the ‘green lung of Europe’, Abruzzo is a breathtaking natural stage that slopes from the Gran Sasso massif down to the shores of the Adriatic Sea. A wild, pristine terroir steeped in history, which proves to be the ideal cradle for producing great wines capable of defying time.
The winery also stands out for its great attention to and passion for art, creating a true permanent gallery of works that reflects its philosophy: ‘Wine, the art of man.’ The Tralcetto wine, the iconic bottle with the vine twig, has over the years become the symbol of the estate.
Since 1984, Cantina Zaccagnini has transcended its purely winemaking vocation to become a creative agora: a refuge of choice and cultural landmark for artists, musicians and thinkers, where the experience of the glass is sublimated into contemporary art.
