tasting notes

Color: Straw yellow of medium intensity. Aroma: Intense and fragrant with a bouquet centered mainly on white-fleshed fruit with hints of citrus and dried fruit. Taste: On the palate, freshness and savoriness combine and the citrus scents perceived on the nose are found again.

We recommend consuming it within the year following the harvest, but if stored well it can also express itself pleasantly in its second year.
