Our winery
The Zaccagnini Winery is a wine-producing company located among the picturesque hills of Bolognano, in
the heart of Abruzzo, a region where the tradition of winemaking has deep roots.
Its history began in 1978 when Marcello Zaccagnini decided to create a company with a young and innovative
style to produce high-quality wine.
In a short time, thanks to the dedication and commitment of the family, Zaccagnini gained a prominent reputation in the national and international wine scene. The success is the result of a production philosophy based on the careful selection of grapes, respect for traditions, and the use of the most advanced techniques.

Commitment to the protection of production distinguishes the care for the vineyards in every detail and the enhancement of typical grape varieties, first and foremost Montepulciano, with full respect for the land and the environment.
The Zaccagnini winery is also distinguished by its great attention and passion for art, creating a true permanent gallery of works that reflects its philosophy: “Wine, the art of man.”
The “Tralcetto” wine, the iconic bottle with the vine branch, has become over the years the symbol of the company.
