The facility has a capacity of approximately 15.000 hl, in stainless steel tanks, most of which feature temperature-controlled storage.

Production capacity
The production capacity is about 4.500 bottles per hour, with line staff monitoring machine operations and supplying materials, as well as carrying out quality checks.
The barrel cellar is a temperature and humidity-controlled environment; at present, its capacity is 2.600 hl. The wood of the casks and barriques is predominantly French oak, with a small percentage of American oak.
